QuickBooks Online sync: Items that need to be a percentage

Items that are set up as a percentage in QuickBooks Online will sync over with a rate that is a dollar amount in Bill Manager. If this needs to be a percentage (%), edit the item in Bill Manager to the correct percentage once the item has synced successfully.

To edit an item

  1. Select Settings
  2. Select Items under Accounting
  3. Select the Item name
  4. Select the edit icon
  5. Update the Price/Rate field
  6. Select Save
