QuickBooks Online sync error: We're sorry. This feature is not included in your QuickBooks Online Essentials subscription

Why the sync error occurs

This error occurs when using features in Bill Manager that QuickBooks Online Essentials subscription doesn't support, such as billable expenses and class tracking.

How to fix the sync error

To use those features in Bill Manager and sync to QuickBooks Online, upgrade to QuickBooks Plus. Contact Intuit to determine the subscription needed to sync with Bill Manager based on the features needed.

Alternatively, don't use the features in Bill Manager that aren't supported by the QuickBooks Online Essentials subscription.
